Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a client in their home in Dallas, TX. This part-time role requires reliability, patience, and a genuine desire to help maintain the client’s independence and quality of life.

The position includes ADLs assistance, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring. Candidate should have caregiving experience; CNA/HHA is a plus but not required. Hours: Mon & Wed 9am-2pm

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or Home Health Aide certification is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare light meals and encourage hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
