The role emphasizes reliable transport, a compassionate attitude, strong communication, and 18+ years of age. Prior caregiving experience is welcomed, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Maintain safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Document daily care notes in the mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with office team.
