Job summary

Community Horizons L.L.C. is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to support a resident in Plover, Wisconsin. This part-time back-up role offers flexible fill-in coverage, with standby support for transfers and daily living tasks.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, showering assistance, grooming, laundry, and companionship. Valid driver’s license and 1–2 years of caregiving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of caregiving experience
• Experience using patient lifts, including Hoyer lifts
• Experience working with catheters
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Kind, compassionate, and patient
• Reliable and punctual
• Clear communication
• Respectful of working in a private home environment
• Comfortable around cats
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Committed to providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Able to build positive relationships with the individuals they support
