Job summary

Senior Helpers of Stillwater is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in Stillwater and surrounding areas. You will provide personal companionship, assist with daily living activities, mobility support, and monitor meals, hydration and medications.

This role emphasizes safety, following care plans, and keeping thorough shift notes. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and at least some caregiver experience are required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

Proficient in English.
18+ with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
Some form of caregiver experience required.
Available to work a minimum of 10 hours a week.
Compassionate, patient and caring personality.

Responsibilities

Provide personal companionship and stay actively engaged with clients.
Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, etc.).
Assist with personal care, mobility and incontinence care (IADLs).
Monitor client’s food, water and medicine intake.
Follow care plans and enter thorough shift notes.
