Job summary

Transforming Age is seeking a Full Life Care - Home Caregiver to join the team in Seattle, WA. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities and encouraging their independence. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED preferred. Competitive pay rates of $22.67 to $27.61 per hour are offered, alongside excellent benefits including paid training, medical, dental, and vision care for those working over 20 hours a week.

Our Home Caregivers

• Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, assistance with restroom and hygiene, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks.
• Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• High School diploma or GED is highly preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English. Additional languages are preferred.
• Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions
• The ability to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required
• Reliable transportation to and from client's home, personal vehicle is preferred.
• Completion of a background screen and other pre-employment screenings as required.
