Qualifications

• Provide companionship and daily living assistance with dignity.
• Pass state and federal background checks.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and handle home environments.
• Speak English at adult professional level.
• Own a smartphone for clock-in/clock-out.

Responsibilities

• Be Present with Your Client — Companionship, conversation, and the small moments that make their day feel like theirs.
• Help with Daily Living — Bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility — done with respect.
• Watch for What Matters — Changes in mood, appetite, or alertness. You’re our eyes and ears.
• Keep the Home Safe — Fall prevention, light tidying, medication reminders within your scope.
• Document the Visit — Quick notes in WellSky Mobile so the family always knows what happened.
