Job summary

Always Best Care – Atlanta is seeking compassionate caregivers for immediate start across Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities. You will provide in-home care, assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship to help clients remain independent in their homes.

Responsibilities include following each client's care plan, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate documentation. CPR/First Aid and TB documentation are required, with transportation needed for client

Qualifications

• PCA or CNA experience, certification, or training as applicable to the position.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Current TB test or required TB documentation.
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to provide dependable attendance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as required.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Provide meal preparation and support with hydration and nutrition.
• Provide medication reminders as appropriate.
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care.
• Observe and report changes in client condition or needs.
• Follow the client's care plan and assigned duties.
• Maintain open communication with office staff.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Transport clients in the community when applicable.
