Gardenview Home Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide high-quality in-home care to clients. The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, and committed to supporting individuals with daily needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and following care plans and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Active HHA license is required.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Excellent communication with patient and care team.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with meal preparation as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and agency policies.
