Job summary

Modani Care in Superior, NE is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide in-home support to seniors and adults who need help with daily living. You will assist with activities of daily living and help clients stay safely at home.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and coordinating with nurses and therapists to ensure holistic, person-centered care. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in healthcare or caregiving.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Encourage and support clients in their daily routines, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing culturally sensitive and person-centered care.
