Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in Austin, TX is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support seniors at home. The role focuses on building relationships, following care plans, and promoting independence.

We offer flexible full-time/part-time schedules, weekly pay, and referral bonuses. Candidates should have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, be at least 21, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors.
• Sufficient communication and language skills to perform duties.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs using safe movements.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers, and talk, hear, and see.
• Must be physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide household assistance (meal prep, safety monitoring, light housekeeping).
• Provide personal care (hygienic care, mobility support, medication help, companionship).
