Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in Clemson, SC is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers for a full-time role starting at $17.00 per hour with a $50 sign-on stipend after the first two weeks. Benefits include weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and paid orientation and training.

You will assist with daily living tasks, provide personal care, prepare meals, offer companionship, monitor safety, and document daily activities in the client’s home.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.
• Must reside in South Carolina.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• First Aid certification per DHEC (training provided if needed).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities.
