Job summary

Saved by Grace Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who have their own client to join our Indianapolis, IN team. This role focuses on one-on-one care in the client’s home, continuing personalized support with a trusted organization.

We welcome applicants with caregiving experience and a genuine passion for helping others. 21+ hours are available per week, with compensation of $18–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have your own client who requires caregiving services.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, PCA, or similar experience preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy for individuals receiving care.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks, including mobility and transfers.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent client care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and company policies.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must be located in or able to reliably commute to Indianapolis, Indiana.
• Must be willing to complete required company onboarding and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the client's individualized care plan.
• Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or condition.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Promote client comfort, dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Communicate professionally with client, family, and care team.
