Job summary

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is seeking caring individuals to provide home-based senior care in Willis, TX 77318. Responsibilities include personal hygiene, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship for seniors with mobility or health challenges.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and a compassionate approach. Benefits include virtual medical, mental health counseling, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping duties.

Salary: $13 - $15 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, grocery shopping,etc.)
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving

• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Experience as a Caregiver (CNA preferred)
