Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is seeking caring caregivers in the Katy area to provide in-home support for seniors. The role emphasizes personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meal prep, and light housekeeping to improve daily living. Family-provided care will be supplemented by compassionate, dedicated staff.

We value one-on-one engagement, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Valid driver’s license and transportation are required; CNA is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a one-on-one setting and be self-starting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients by attending to basic needs.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks, shopping).
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report unusual incidents promptly and act in emergencies.
• Assist with meals and being present for daily living activities.
