Qualifications

• Compassionate, caring attitude and reliability required.
• Experience with seniors or adults with disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required; reliable vehicle and active auto insurance.
• Able to pass a criminal background check; smartphone for clock‑in/out and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Keeping a client company and providing conversation.
• Helping with personal care.
• Preparing meals.
• Providing medication reminders.
