Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our in-home care team in Lakewood, Ohio. You will provide compassionate assistance to seniors and adults in their own homes, helping with daily tasks and maintaining safety.

You’ll engage clients in social activities, support meal prep and personal care, monitor medications with reminders, and document care. Training and a supportive team environment help you grow while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their home settings
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other care providers
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage client medication schedules and provide medication reminders
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
