Qualifications

• Provide hands-on daily living assistance as needed.
• Support with transfers and safe mobility.
• Assist with meals and dining needs.
• Keep living areas clean and safe during shifts.

Responsabilités

• Personal care assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Meal preparation and basic kitchen cleanup as needed.
• Light housekeeping: tidying, cleaning surfaces, laundry when required.
• Provide companionship, monitor wellbeing, and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• No medications handled directly; reminders only.
