Job summary

Full Life Care is seeking a Home Caregiver to support clients in Everett and North Seattle, WA. You will assist with activities of daily living and help clients remain in their homes with dignity and safety.

We offer paid training and certifications, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for staff working 20+ hours per week. Join a not-for-profit team dedicated to quality of life for adults and their caregivers. No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English.
• Additional languages are preferred.
• Must be able to transport to client homes.
• Completion of a background screen and other pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: meal prep, personal care, shopping, and housekeeping.
• Encourage client independence and self-care.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervisor.
• Participate in training and certification programs.
