Village Caregiving - Johnson City, TN is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide personalized in-home support for a client living with cerebral palsy. You will help with daily living tasks, monitor well-being, and follow the care plan.

You should have experience with personal care, safe transfer techniques, good communication, and the ability to document observations accurately. CPR/First Aid is preferred; reliability and respectful companionship are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience caring for individuals with cerebral palsy or other physical disabilities is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required, depending on agency policy.
• Must be dependable, compassionate, patient, and willing to follow the individualized care plan.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home care for CP client according to the care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity.
• Safely support transfers, mobility, and repositioning; monitor changes and report them.
• Prepare meals, ensure hydration, and keep the home safe and clean.
