Job summary

Village Caregiving - Albuquerque, NM seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living activities in a home setting. You will assist with mobility, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks).
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and exercises.
• Do client shopping or accompany them to shop when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family.
• Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
