Job summary

Visiting Angels, America’s Choice in Homecare, is seeking In Home Aides to help clients in Dorchester, Berkeley, and Charleston Counties in South Carolina. We welcome CNAs and experienced caregivers to join our elite staff of caregiving professionals.

Part-time positions with flexible days, evenings, weekends, or overnights are available. We offer ongoing training & development and a family-like environment to support compassionate care for seniors at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and up-to-date insurance.
• One year in-home caregiver experience preferred.
• Must adhere to plans of care and flexible schedule.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• CNA license not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Prepare light meals according to dietary restrictions.
• Transportation to and from shops, pharmacy or appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping duties for the client.
• Be a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion.
