Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Amherst, MA is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors across Amherst and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.

We offer flexible scheduling, 8–12 hour shifts, day and overnight options, and a $250 sign-on bonus after the first 90 days. Free training is provided to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
