Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Fingerprinted with MSDH and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of home healthcare or similar experience preferred.
• Internet-enabled mobile phone for documenting service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary needs.
• Assist mobility and safe transfers in homes or between locations.
• Perform light household tasks and laundry.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Monitor health changes and report to family or supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records and daily activity documentation.
