Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Offer companionship and social activities to encourage interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator.
