Job summary

Senior Helpers in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home senior care team. You’ll provide ADL support, companionship, and transportation assistance to clients in their own homes.

No experience required; must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check. CPR & First Aid certification can be earned after hire. Flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with openings in Mesa and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• No experience required; caring attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff.
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship to clients by engaging in their hobbies, running errands, and much more.
