Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Ardmore, TN is seeking caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, offering companionship, personal care, meal prep, and support to help clients stay safe and independent in their own homes.

Shifts range 2–12 hours with flexible scheduling. We hire Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN caregivers, with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits. Training and career growth opportunities are available, with a supportive team that values your work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work history inclusive of a continuous description of activities during the past five years.
• At least three references, with one of the references having known the employee for at least five years and email addresses.
