Job summary

Evermore Home Care in Rigby, Idaho is seeking compassionate aides to provide in-home care for seniors. You will offer companionship, personal care, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and accompanying clients to appointments in a supportive home setting.

No prior experience required; reliability and care for seniors are essential. Training, CPR/First Aid, background checks, and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient approach to elder care.
• Minimum of one-year professional experience with seniors preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• TB test or Chest X-ray; CPR & 1st Aid certification (both due upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Be a genuine and supportive companion.
• Personal care assistance.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
• Assist with walking, mobility, and physical therapy exercises.
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, shopping, etc.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Alzheimer/Dementia care assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.
