Blue Rose Legacy Home Care in Phoenix, AZ seeks compassionate caregivers to join our team. No prior experience required as we provide in-person and online training to help you start.

You will assist with personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship while supporting clients to stay safe at home. Flexible schedules and competitive benefits available. We are an equal opportunity employer and value a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable means of transportation is required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information.
