Job summary

National Home HealthCare Inc is hiring for ICLS workers in the Twin Cities and surrounding eastern suburbs, including WBL, Oakdale, Maplewood, and Stillwater. The organization offers flexible schedules, on-the-job training, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles.

Positions are based in Oakdale, MN with the main office at Oakdale. Typical shifts Monday through Friday, and training provided to help you support clients at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have PCA Certificate (ask your recruiter if you need assistance).
• Valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.
• 1 year homecare experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in the English Language.
• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
• Ability to relate changes in the client’s condition to the Supervising Qualified Professional.
• Applicants must be neat and clean in their appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide household management assistance including meal planning and shopping.
• Coordinate changes to mitigate environmental risks and support health needs.
• Support community engagement and transportation when needed.
• Monitor client health and report significant changes to the supervisor.
