Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide non-medical support in clients’ homes, promoting safety, independence, dignity and quality of life.

You will assist with ADLs, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and document daily care logs, while following individual care plans and reporting changes to the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior caregiver experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly or disabled individuals desirable.
• Ability to follow care plans and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care in clients' homes.
• Promote health and wellness routines.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary living environment.
• Support companionship and community participation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
