Job summary

Exhava Home Care in California is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to support older adults at home. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain dignity, safety, and independence.

The role requires prior caregiving experience, valid HCA registration in California, and ability to travel to clients. Competitive hourly pay $20–$25, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling are offered to strengthen care.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is required.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist male clients with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding when needed, and hydration
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and linen changes
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation when required
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes or concerns to the care team
• Promote client dignity, comfort, safety, and independence at all times
