Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking a dependable caregiver to support two male clients in Brentwood and Antioch, TN. Responsibilities include morning care, personal assistance, meal prep, and light housekeeping across two locations with travel between homes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of in-home care experience, valid driver’s license, and is comfortable with ambulatory and bedridden clients. Flexible weekday shifts and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member.
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language.
• Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance.
• Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks.
• Consent to drug and alcohol testing.
• TB test

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Travel between Brentwood and Antioch clients; paid driving time.
• Follow a consistent weekday schedule.
