Job summary

Always Best Care in Denton County and parts of Collin County is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily activities, transportation to appointments, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal prep in private homes and assisted living settings.

No formal experience required—we’ll train you. We offer competitive pay, paid training and orientation, flexible schedules, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable individuals with a heart for serving seniors.
• Experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and other standard requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands.
• Offer companionship and conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Assist with mobility and safety monitoring.
• Provide general support to help seniors remain independent.
