Job summary

Griswold Home Care in San Francisco County is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to older adults and other clients. Full-time and part-time positions may be available, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments depending on client needs.

We offer training, weekly pay by direct deposit, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation ranges from $24.00–$28.00 per hour, with overtime and benefits per policy.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, respectful, patient and dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, supervisors and care-team members.
• Ability to meet California Home Care Aide requirements and other legal prerequisites.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, cognitive engagement, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, feeding, grooming, bathing, transfers, mobility and safety.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and client-support tasks.
• Report changes to care team promptly and maintain accurate notes.
• Follow care plans, infection-control practices, and company policies.
