Job summary

Right at Home Southern Oregon is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently in their own homes across the Rogue Valley. You will build meaningful relationships, provide personal care, and support daily routines in a trusted, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Pass a background check.
Reliable transportation and valid ID.
Compassion, reliability and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with mobility and transportation.
Ensure safety supervision and peace of mind.
Document daily care notes in the mobile app and communicate with the office team.
