Comfort Keepers of Central Florida - Sebring is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and adults in Sebring, FL. The role focuses on preserving independence, delivering respectful care, and giving families peace of mind.

The caregiver will work directly in clients' homes, supporting daily routines and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, preparing meals, and maintaining care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, home health, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Monitor and document changes in client condition and communicate concerns to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and adapt to each client's needs and preferences
