Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents
• Clearance on Home Care Aide Registry
• Current Tuberculosis (TB) certificate
• Registered with state of CA and active HCA number
• Complete mandatory LIC forms and SOC 341A
• Minimum of five hours orientation prior to client contact

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care (bathing, dressing, ambulation)
• Mouth care, feeding, toileting/incontinence care
• Nail care, positioning, medication reminders
• Meal planning and preparation, transferring and mobility support
• Provide companionship and ensure respectful, safe in-home care
