Senior Helpers of Minneapolis-St. Paul is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one care for clients across the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

You’ll assist with bathing, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, while offering companionship and ensuring safety in clients’ homes. Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 6+ months caregiving experience preferred (CNA/PCA/HHA encouraged to apply).
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/apps.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with dementia, transitional, or respite care.
