Always Best Care Senior Services - UpperBuxMont is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in the Doylestown, PA area. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care to help seniors maintain health, safety, and independence.

You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, help with meals, manage medication reminders, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
• Manage medication reminders and monitor client health and behavior changes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document care provided and report any significant changes or concerns.
