Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC seeks a compassionate Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide in-home support across life stages. You will assist with daily living tasks, mobility, meal prep, and safety, helping clients maintain independence.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and privacy, with training and resources provided to support your success. Strong communication with clients and families is essential.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a Criminal background check
• TB Skin Test
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role - Preferred
• High School diploma

Responsabilidades

• Personal care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Mobility assistance: Help clients move safely within their homes or between locations, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.
• Household tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities, such as conversation, hobbies, or light exercise.
• Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' physical or mental health to family members or supervisors promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities
