Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is hiring compassionate caregivers for part-time, full-time, and 24-hour weekend shifts.

Join our Home Instead franchise to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes with flexible scheduling and ongoing paid training. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medications reminders, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/HH A experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
