No prior experience required — training provided. The role offers flexible hours, a friendly team, and a chance to grow toward CNA or nursing certifications while making a meaningful difference in families and communities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and driver's license.
• Live within 30 miles of Madison County, IL; in-person visits.
• Able to use cell phone apps for reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support with medication administration and monitor health.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Observe health changes, especially in clients with dementia.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain safety.
• Provide transportation for appointments and outings.
