Job summary

Right at Home is hiring experienced caregivers to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one in‑home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal prep, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

You will follow individualized care plans, communicate changes, and deliver quality care with empathy. Training is provided, and a supportive local office team is available.

Qualifications

Experience in caregiving or direct-care roles is required.
Ability to provide personal care and ADLs with dignity, privacy, and independence.
Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, one‑on‑one in‑home care and support.
Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and transfers.
Remind about medications, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and meaningful activities while documenting care.
