Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Photo ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and office staff.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Meal preparation and feeding support as needed.
• Light housekeeping in the client’s home.
• Medication reminders for scheduled meds.
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Documentation of shift activities and changes in condition.
