Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to help seniors and vulnerable adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You will provide companionship, build trust, and become an important part of someone’s daily life.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship and support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment and documenting daily care notes.
• Communicating effectively with the office team.
