Homewatch CareGivers of Lawrenceville is seeking an In-Home Caregiver dedicated to improving quality of life for clients in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily activities, provide companionship, prepare meals, and help monitor health in a supportive, flexible work environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation to travel in the Lawrenceville/Lilburn area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR & First Aid certified.
• Caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor and helpful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Proficient with mobile devices and basic tech.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in Lawrenceville/Lilburn.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare and serve meals and monitor dietary needs.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with basic health monitoring.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Escort clients to appointments and social activities.
• Observe and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and communicate with team.
• Assist with scheduling and data entry when workload allows.
