Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring an In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate personal care to clients in their homes according to an established care plan. You will assist with daily activities, meals, medication reminders, and accompany clients on community outings.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, toileting, and light housekeeping, with emphasis on dignity and independence for clients. Flexible hours and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write; complete forms.
• Current first aid and CPR certification.
• Empathy for elderly or disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care needs according to a plan of care.
• Assist with mouth/denture care, shaving, grooming.
• Bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation support.
• Provide companionship and supervise during community outings.
• Light housekeeping: cleaning, shopping, meals, laundry.
