Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes across Susquehanna County, PA. You will help with daily activities, provide companionship, and support independence while traveling to client locations (up to 25 miles from base).

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Susquehanna and other areas within Susquehanna County
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to travel up to 25 miles to client locations

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
