Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans; assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned; maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled visits; communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies; complete assigned visits as scheduled.
• Accurately document services delivered using approved systems; report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately; follow documentation and reporting standards at all times.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality; communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members; follow all company policies and procedures.
