Job summary

Community Horizons L.L.C. is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support for a female member in Somerset, Wisconsin. Schedule: approximately 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and occasional weekends; location is the member's home.

Pay is up to $25.44/hour, depending on authorization and experience; duties include supervision, personal care, reminders, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring. Exact days and hours will be confirmed during the meet-and-greet.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home caregiving
• Ability to provide dementia-related care
• Flexibility with scheduling and meet-and-greet sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and companionship
• Assist with personal care, dressing, and toileting as needed
• Provide reminders and prompts throughout the day
• Assist with laundry related to the member
• Prepare light meals
• Light cleaning of the member’s personal space
• Monitor safety while the guardian is at work
• Encourage independence and provide a calm, supportive environment
